To that end, JFM has established the JFM Partner Charter to confirm our commitment to helping partners develop, deliver, and support the solutions that make our mutual customers more successful. Key aspects of the JFM Partner Charter include the following:
- World-class partner program -- JFM is committed to providing a world-class partner program that builds mutual trust and understanding between James Fisher JFM, our partners, and our mutual customers. JFM will develop and measure partnerships by following clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs). JFM will invest in and continually enhance the program to ensure maximum success for the partnerships and joint business.
- Partner support -- JFM is committed to providing appropriate levels of support and resources, based on partner commitment, to enable partners to drive joint success. JFM will invest in partnership management resources in key areas such as business development, solution development, and field engagement.
- Constant communication -- JFM is committed to promoting a clear understanding of its internal business processes. JFM will optimize partner access to our engineering, marketing, and field sales resources.
- Training and certification -- JFM will provide partners with world-class training and certification programs to help them develop solutions that deliver value to customers. JFM will engage with partners early in the development process.
- Clear Channel guidelines -- JFM is committed to developing and continually enhancing clear customer engagement guidelines for both JFM and partner sales and consulting. JFM will work with partners to identify the solutions and customers we will pursue together, and those we will pursue separately.
- Increased customer satisfaction -- JFM is committed to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing partners with the information and resources they need to deliver solutions and services that add value.
- Lead generation -- JFM is committed to investing in lead-generation programs to promote the success of key strategic partners. JFM will pursue marketing opportunities to establish JFM and our partners as trusted advisors and ensure that solutions based on JFM technology are the first choice among customers.
- Revenue enhancement -- JFM is committed to working with key strategic partners in targeted markets to increase mutual revenue, market share, and profitability. JFM will work with partners to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that leverage our combined strengths.
