Mimic vibration monitoring provides comprehensive vibration analysis tools to ensure your assets continue to operate.

Mimic vibration monitoring collects and trends vibration data against pre-set alarm and warning thresholds to provide users with first level diagnosis of impending problems such as defective bearings, misalignment, unbalance and other vibration related defects.

Vibration data can be collected via mobile or tablet devices, hand held collectors or via permanently fixed online monitoring systems for real-time monitoring. An assets status is displayed on a central dashboard using a simple traffic light system, enabling personnel to access asset condition information simply.

Mimic vibration monitoring is integrated to most vessel planned maintenance solutions.

Users are alerted of asset poor performance well before failure occurs allowing preventative maintenance action. Prevention of failures improves vessel availability which in turn helps to maintain reputation. It also reduces significant costs associated with being off-hire as a result of mechanical breakdown, and removes costly spare parts consumption associated with intrusive and breakdown maintenance.




This information can provide the basis for predictive trending that can be used for future maintenance planning as well as full FFT spectral analysis.

A full set of cursor tools for vibration analysis, such as rpm, harmonic, sideband and bearing fault frequency cursors are available.

Additional tools are provided to assist in spectral analysis, such as one touch spectra history review, spectral band highlighter, trend and spectra view creation, storage and call-back.



The vibration data can be broken down into individual narrow band frequency windows for display as separate trend plots.


Or multiple vibration frequency window trend plots can be overlaid to aid comparison and analysis.


Multiple spectra overlay from the same or different measurement point on the same or a different asset in
2D or 3D waterfall plots are available to assist with the analysis of the data.
